Tomorrow’s the election and I think everyone is going to be happy for it to be over and done with. As far as voting goes, I’m not writing to try and sway you — there’s enough of that going on already. What I’m writing about isn’t Tuesday, but Wednesday. We are going to wake up Wednesday morning with some very happy friends and neighbors and some very disappointed ones. And that disappointment may escalate into anger and dismay. And yes, even fear. Friends making great stuff…

Life can get busy. I don’t know many people who would disagree with that statement, especially right now. It seems as though life keeps getting busier and busier with each passing year. So, that’s why it’s so important to stop and appreciate special projects that friends make the time to produce — and Matt Lolli’s Zine is a great example of that. Katie and Rob got married!

I’m so honored to share some photos from my wonderful friend’s wedding. It was a beautiful, warm October day for Katie and Rob to exchange vows in a beautiful garden overlooking green fields with blue water in the distance…. The entire day couldn’t have been lovelier. While I don’t normally do wedding photography, I couldn’t turn down the offer to be there for my friends. And I am so glad I did.  🙂

Engagement Photo Shoot!

I got to spend yesterday with my niece and her fiance at the beautiful Harkness Park in Waterford. That’s where Greg had proposed to Megan last year so we decided to shoot their engagement pictures there. It was a fun afternoon and felt great to get out there and use my camera!
